1. Waste gas treatment by bio-filtration

Biofiltration systems provide an environment for microorganisms to grow and decompose odorous gases and organic pollutants in waste gases. Filtration system consists of a closed chamber containing microorganisms and absorbs water vapor, keeping them in a filter media. The filter media is designed for high water absorption, high durability, and less reduction of the pressure of the air passing through it.
 

2. Waste gas treatment by absorption

Absorption is the process that occurs when a component of a gas phase diffuses into a liquid phase due to contact between the two gas and liquid phases. If the opposite happens, that is, the transfer of material from the liquid phase to the gas phase, we have the process of air release. The principle of both processes is the same.
 

3.Waste gas treatment by catalytic method

Application: The catalyst does not change the energy level of the interacting molecules and does not shift the simple reaction balance, its role is to increase the speed of chemical interaction.

4. Waste gas treatment by thermal method

The essence of the thermal method is the oxidation of toxic components by oxygen at temperatures from 450 - 12000C. This method is used to remove any gases and vapors whose combustion products are less toxic. The advantage of this method is that the device is simple and widely applicable because of the low emissions that affect the operation of the combustion device. This method is widely applied in the manufacture of paints, in the preparation of some chemical, electrochemical and electronic products, in petrochemical industry and production of methanol for treatment of emissions.
